Travelling with Children or Pets

At the Airport:
We have baby care rooms and changing stations available in both the terminal building and multi storey parkade. Our facilities are aimed at the providing a seamless and convenient travel experience for parents that are travelling with children. You can find our baby changing rooms in all male and female facilities. Our lifts are pram friendly and we have large open spaces to accommodate crowds or energetic children. We have multiple restaurants located in the multi storey parkade an terminal building to cater for various palates. The restaurant located on the first floor offer great viewing opportunities and will keep your children entertained while they view the aeroplanes taking off and landing.

Children on board flights:
Every airline has different policies and procedures regarding the safe transportation of infants and children. It’s best to contact them directly to ensure you follow the correct guidlines listed by each of them. Most airlines will allow you to travel with a pram, and/or a car baby seat, and/or additional luggage, and will try pre-seat you together as a family. However, every airline has their own policy, so be sure to chat to them before booking your flight. As a general rule, it’s best to arrive early for your flight to ensure you have enough time to check-in and get through the necessary security check points, with your children before your flight departs.
