Restricted Mobility Access
This airport has been designed with you in mind and all our facilities are wheelchair (and pram) friendly.
When travelling on a flight with any airline (commercial or charter), be sure to advise them of your specific requirements before arriving at the airport. Some have restrictions limiting the number of special needs customers they are able to transport per flight, and may even suggest you take another flight so that they can accommodate your special request.
It’s very important to ensure you don’t arrive late for your flight and allow yourself plenty of time to check-in and get the necessary assistance from our staff, before your flight closes for departure. We would like to have enough time to make sure we look after your needs in the best possible way.
Requesting for special assistance
You may require additional assistance at the airport if you have any physical disability, using personal mobility aids, or are travelling with a service animal.
To request for special assistance, please advise your travel agent and/or airline at the time of booking to at least 48 hours before flight departure.
Airlines at Lanseria International Airport may have differing rules and regulations on the booking of special assistance for passengers. Additional charges may apply depending on the airline. Contact your airline for information before your travels:

Arriving at the airport
You are strongly recommended to arrive a minimum of two hours prior to your scheduled departure time. Check-in counters for some airlines close promptly at 40 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.
You may also check-in early for more time to relax at Lanseria International Airport.
